How Sport Might Help to Quit Smoking
Sports are very beneficial for one’s health and have been used as panacea in various cases. Their positive effect on people trying to quit smoking has been widely acknowledged. Practicing any kind of sport immediately breaks up your daily routine and creates the necessary drive for changing you habits. This does not mean that you need to become a national champion to quit.
